Miller Insurance Services Limited has recruited Richard Court to lead its new facultative reinsurance team alongside Robert Doust.

Miller’s two facultative leaders left behind Guy Carpenter to join the firm, and have amassed between them over four decades of industry experience.

During their careers they have developed inventive new facultative strategies across a range of business classes, particular energy (both off- and onshore).

Julian Taylor, one of Miller’s directors, has welcomed the appointments, describing the move as one that would significantly bolster the firm’s expertise in facultative reinsurance to improve the provision of products available to customers.
