Richard Cowling has returned to Heath Lambert to take up the position of chairman for the real estate division.

Cowling has extensive experience, having work in the sector for over 20 years. He has led the real estate teams of both Willis and Aon, and held the role of director of forensic insurance services at KPMG.

Heath Lambert Group’s chief executive, Adrian Colosso, has expressed the firm’s pleasure at welcoming back Cowling, saying it indicated that the business was proud of its ability to keep and attract the most skilled.

Colosso went on to praise Cowling’s great experience, adding that his market knowledge would enable the firm to capitalise new areas for opportunities.

Cowling himself has said he is delighted to be returning the firm that he worked at from 1978-1998, saying he was excited to lead the real estate division and that he looked forward to achieving further success with the firm.
