EurotaxGlass has announced the appointments to two key positions in the firm.

The new commercial manager is Richard Gandy, who will be responsible for developing strategy and the firm’s bodyshop and insurance product portfolio direction.

Gandy leaves behind DuPont (UK) Ltd., where he has spent the last 19 years. Earlier in his career he handled operational projects for insurers and others.

David Punter has been named as the new key account manager, and will become important in face-to-face dealings with key customers and business prospects related to vehicle repair.

He joins from Audatex, where he has worked for five years as business development manager.

EurotaxGlass’ MD, Deven Thakrar, described the moves as the latest step in the firm’s UK strategic investment programme designed to enable the firm to create and offer a wide range of new products.

He praised the two new appointments, describing them as invaluable to the firm and referring to their great experience.
