Arista hires new underwriter

Arista Insurance has appointed Fiona O’Rourke as a underwriter in the firm’s Redhill branch.

She leaves behind NIG, where she was employed as an underwriter. Earlier in her career she has been employed by Road Runner and Motor Trade Solutions.

O’Rourke’s new duties will include underwriting current and future motor fleet and motor trade business.

Arista’s regional manager for the South East, Andy Wright, said that demand was constantly expanding due to the firm’s highly popular approach that has found favour with brokers. As the Redhill branch is perpetually improving new blood is required to ensure that top class staff members are on hand to respond to the needs of brokers.

Wright went on to explain that O’Rourke’s addition would not only increase the number of staff employed but substantially add to the expertise available at the branch.

O’Rourke stated that she was very excited to be joing such an innovative firm and said that she was looking forward to getting stuck in and helping the firm to grow.
