I was promised lots of useful services by Abbey HR when I signed the contract. I have found these services to be either pointless or in some cases counter productive and in many cases I have had to get services via other means. My complaints have not been satisfactorily addressed and I am tied into an onerous contract that is nothing short of a complete waste of money.
