Internet-based comparative quote service iprism has today announced it is to increase its reach into the mainstream insurance market through a distribution deal agreed today with Europa’s 1500 strong broker network.
iprism announced today that it had secured a strategic deal with Europa that will enable it to promote services down Europa’s expansive broker network as part of its white label services, which it is hoped will help allow iprism to extend its market share and increase profitability, with the help of the flagship Europa brand Motorcycle Direct, specialising in the provision of insurance to motorcyle owners.
Meanwhile iprism’s commercial and private lines services will be adopted by Europa in order to expand its product portfolio, extending the mutual benefit of the agreement between the two parties. The iprism commercial lines will be independently branded by Europa, to enable cross-brand consistency throughout its extended broker network.
Speaking today on the partnership, CEO of iprism Gary Burke said that the rapid expansion strategy of iprism would see its continued growth throughout the insurance industry over the coming years.
“The deal with Europa signifies further rapid growth of iprism being the fifth strategic partnership to be announced in as many weeks. Europa is a young but well established business and we look forward to working with its first rate management team.”
Meanwhile, Scott Salter from Europa said that the iprism reseller solution was significantly more advanced than the leading competition in the marketplace, leaving Europa with no real alternative to progress their insurance selling operation. He added that the group are forecasting a 50% increase in its broker network over the course of the next year as a direct result of today’s strategic agreement.
