QuestGates has appointed a new divisional service manager for its Liability division. Steve Pinder takes on the role, leaving behind his post at Capita CMGL where he was a senior handler and team leader.

Pinder’s last five years at CMGL have endowed him with great experience of service delivery, experience bolstered by his time at Rubicon and Cooperative Insurance.

In his new position he will be given responsibility for all liability focal point activity, as well as management of the claims’ life cycle.

Greg Laker, the firm’s service delivery director, explained that QuestGates has grown in its five years as a limited company, and that liability was a key element in the firm. He added that Pinder’s appointment would help the firm meet its aim of perpetual improvement.
