Tom Hayes has been named by Heath Lambert as director of sales for the North of England.

Hayes joins from Marsh, and has also worked for Aon during his long career in the financial services sector, where he has over two decades of experience.

According to Hayes, he was impressed by Heath Lambert’s actions to grow the business and happy to be working with many former colleagues already with the firm. He added that he was excited to be working for a company willing to innovate for the benefit of its clientele.

The national development director at Heath Lambert, Jim Herbert, declared the firm’s delight to have Hayes join them. Hayes’ reputation would help the firm acquire and keep new clients, and also expand the insurance team with fresh talent.

Herbert went on to say that Hayes would help the firm provide a first class service to its customers and increase the firm’s presence in the north.

Hayes will be working with Heath Lambert’s teams in Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle and Sheffield in an effort to grow the business and its client base.
