Teceris Launch Claims Management Division
Loss adjustment firm Teceris has today announced the creation of its new claims management subsidiary Teceris Claims Management, designed to handle domestic and foreign client accounts for insurance claims management services.
The move comes as a step towards Teceris’s rapid expansion throughout domestic and foreign markets at Teceris, in line with several related acquisitions over the last few months of Aon Claims Management and CMGL which were also designed to expand the Teceris operative reach within the broader insurance industry.
The new division will be created to provide services to a range of commercial clients within casualty, construction and property insurance categories, expanding on the existing services offered by the related acquisitions as well as the current claims management infrastructure within its Corporate and Complex adjusting sector.
The new company will focus on corporate claims management and risk management services for its large scale customer base, establishing account relationships with commercial clients which it is hoped will eventually lead to cross promotion and marketing platforms for other Teceris family products and services.
Speaking today on behalf of Teceris Claims Management, the Nick Stretton, newly appointed managing director, spoke of his delight at the establishment of the new business, which will operate from areas up and down the UK, including central Edinburgh and London offices.
Managing Director of the Teceris parent company Capita Insurance Services, Rick Holland, proposed ongoing investment in the health and performance of the Teceris brand, through its existing and new business divisions.
It is thought that the management of TCM will look to secure further high profile appointments within its senior ranks over the coming weeks. The move comes at a time where the Teceris umbrella is restructuring management processes and drafting in staff at senior levels to reinforce and consolidate its insurance businesses.
