Adrian Willmott has been given the role of Marsh’s sales leader in the south of England.

From the firm’s Reading headquarters, Willmott’s tasks will be to devise and enact business strategy and growth in the south, in addition to assisting the 16 sales professionals working in the area.

Willmott’s previous job was working for Willis as their regional director for the central region, where he was responsible for creating growth amongst middle market businesses in the area.

He has worked in the risk and insurance industry for over two decades.

Southern zone leader for Marsh, Julie Page, emphasised the firm’s desire to provide a local source backed up by global resources and, in so doing, to improve the firm’s market presence and share in the UK’s mid-corporate level.

She went on to praise Willmott’s exemplary sales record, and his exceptional abilities in creating and running teams of salespersons.
