Broker Network snaps up Priestley & Partners

| October 2, 2007 | 0 Comments

Broker Network Group has acquired the commercial broker Priestley & Partners for an undisclosed amount.

Broker Network Group purchased the entire share capital issued from the Cheshire-based Priestley & Partners.

Previously Priestley & Partners were not a member of the Network, but their acquisition methods allow for the purchase of organisations that are non-members.

Priestley & Partners’ premises, staff and brand identity will be retained. Neil Swift, its director, stated that the Broker Network Group offered support and credibility that would help secure the firm’s future in an ever more competitive marketplace.

This is the twenty-first firm that the Broker Network Group has acquired and, according to the Network’s MD Nigel Law, reflects the realistic and respected offer the group is able to make.
